Choupette is suffering from a terrible tooth infection!

1. She was abandoned

Choupette is a 4-year-old cat who was part of a group of cats abandoned in a village. Her previous owners moved away and left behind a dozen cats to fend for themselves.

2. Her teeth are causing her terrible pain

Choupette is struggling with major dental problems: numerous abscesses, severe gingivitis complicated by the calicivirus. Her teeth are so damaged that they're coming loose, resulting in severe pain whenever she tries to eat. According to the vet, a full dental extraction is likely necessary.

3. She needs blankets for her outdoor shelter

Somewhat fearful and unable to tolerate the presence of other cats, Choupette lives exclusively outdoors in a foster home. Soft, warm blankets are essential to kit out her shelter and make it a comfortable place for her to rest, shielded from the elements.

4. Our association faces many challenges

We look after 40 cats and kittens in foster homes, on top of the 80 strays we feed daily. With fewer available foster homes and the arrival of new kittens expected with spring on the horizon, the situation is becoming concerning.

Rising costs of food and veterinary fees are heavily impacting the association's finances...
